Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Cold fusion, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Misplaced Pages:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- MST☆R 09:06, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
This is why:
- The cold fusion article describes a broad scope of low energy nuclear reactions. Historic use of the term should include the most recent change. Rossi for example doesn't consider his findings cold fusion but everyone else does. This is common knowledge to anyone who looked into the topic but the reader doesn't know this. His device also doesnt use paladium and requires just enough preheating to make the term "room temperature" dubious. Changing the article as a whole to reflect this is never going to be accepted just like that so we have to do it one step at a time. 84.106.26.81 (talk) 14:57, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Cold fusion. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Misplaced Pages:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. DVdm (talk) 15:10, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
