your 'harass/stalk' gives many needed smiles. i therefore as maker of this lighthearted barnstar award one to you. cheers. Cramyourspam (talk) 16:49, 19 September 2012 (UTC)
I personally prefer the 'talk/stalk' variation, mostly because it rhymes. I think I understand why 'harass' is used instead of 'talk' in this case :-) ~Adjwilley (talk) 20:33, 19 September 2012 (UTC)
I've been considering “cry/spy” as a variation. —Kerfuffler  harass

Stan Harper

Stan Harper is certainly notable. The article should be a speedy keep. Notability in fine arts across a wide spectrum is often tricky. This is particularly true for countless jazz musicians who flourished in the 1930s thru the 1950s. Notability for jazzers, recording engineers, independent record labels, and classical musicians is not a Google-able sort of thing. Given that this is a harmonica player, and given that he is prominently chronicled in major Who's Who reference books and newspapers, not to mention discography, I would urge you to loosen-up. I am a humble editor who stumbled on the harmonica world by first tripping over a record label founded by Charlie Leighton. Eight references (6 while have a global audience) for a start-article on Stan Harper is not weak. And it fills a huge hole in the harmonica world. — Eurodog (talk) 01:59, 23 September 2012 (UTC)

I didn't propose it for deletion; I tagged it as needing improvement. The main problem is that the references the article uses are poor—many of them are to Who's Who, which is not considered a marker for notability (see WP:NOTWHOSWHO), and is not particularly reliable (see Who's Who for reasons why). If you could improve the references, that would be great! —Kerfuffler  howl

Okay, I'll tackle it. I added it to supplement another article, and — as is the case with many articles — found myself derailed in a new world. — Eurodog (talk) 02:10, 23 September 2012 (UTC)
Thanks. BTW, have you seen Bruce Willis play harmonica with his band? —Kerfuffler  howl
