Fact: Philip II did coin the phrase "El imperio en que nunca se pone el sol" (The empire on which the sun never sets) and a British billion IS one million millions as opposed to the US one. I lament your not accepting the facts, which leads me to consider you undemocratic and I suspect either not native Anglophone or US citizens.
