Angelina Jolie (born 1975) is an American actress, film director, and screenwriter. She has received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress (for her performance in the 1999 drama Girl, Interrupted), two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards, and was named Hollywood's highest-paid actress by Forbes in 2009 and 2011. Jolie promotes humanitarian causes as a Special Envoy and former Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. She has often been cited as the world's "most beautiful" woman. Jolie made her screen debut as a child alongside her father Jon Voight in Lookin' to Get Out (1982). Her first leading role in a major film was in the cyber-thriller Hackers (1995). She achieved wide fame after her portrayal of video game heroine Lara Croft in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), and received critical acclaim for her performances in the dramas A Mighty Heart (2007) and Changeling (2008). She made her directorial debut with the wartime drama In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011). Proposed deletion of Chlotrudis Award for Best Actor

The article Chlotrudis Award for Best Actor has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Awards given by an obscure local club, which club's article was just deleted for non-notability through AfD. No evidence of sources referring specifically to the subject of *this* article which meet the GNG's requirements.

While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ravenswing 06:04, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
