Jennifer López explains her part in connecting people to her songs in this production, which provides no small amount of insight regarding J-Lo's then 16 music video credits. From "If You Had My Love" to "Feelin' So Good" and "Jenny from the Block", López reveals how the things most important to her — friendship, love, and remembering one's roots — are demonstrated through video. In addition to the actress/singer's commentary, the DVD also includes the videos for "Waiting for Tonight", "Play", "I'm Real", "Ain't It Funny", "Alive", "I'm Gonna Be Alright (Track Masters Remix)", "All I Have", "I'm Glad", and "Baby I Love U!".
