Untitled

I'm deleting the stuff about Goyer creating Whistler. He was in the Spider-Man cartoon of the early 90s, before the movie Blade —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.243.101.18 (talk) 19:44, 5 July 2008 (UTC)

Goyer did not write the screenplay for The Dark Knight as stated in the article. He does have "story credit" for that film which I think may have been as little as themes being continued from Batman Begins (which he is credited as writing with Nolan) to maybe tossing out some ideas in a writer's room brainstorming session... but as for writing the screenplay, no.Chance X74 (talk) 23:26, 10 January 2012 (UTC)

Controversy

I notice this section consists almost entirely of the extended quotation of what Goyer actually said, with fairly limited discussion of why this was controversial. We shouldn't be assuming readers of the David Goyer article are intimately aware of the minutiae of comic-book lore -- especially more aware than the subject himself. As far as I can tell, a big part of the controversy (including no doubt Stan Lee's thought behind the quote provided) was that the character in question was not intended as a love interest for Bruce Banner because she's his cousin. What does everyone else think of this text: "Some fans considered the reference to She-Hulk being a love interest for the Hulk (her cousin) to be an inappropriate, and likely unintentional, reference to incest."? (This is a pretty good source, as far as I can tell.) Hijiri 88 (やや) 23:22, 1 September 2014 (UTC)

I tried fixing up the writing mistakes on the Controversy section, but I see your point, there's nothing gravitating towards any Fan backlash or outrage by the comic book community, no sources, no links, only the source for Stan Lee's comments. Also, this whole article needs to be analyzed and sources need to be properly added accordingly. I'm not gonna name X Y or Z of what needs to be fixed or altered, but if you're smart, you'll know what needs altering and fixing. 2601:C:780:234:98F3:9670:3BCD:BA95 (talk) 20:00, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

The Hanged Man

Why is there no reference to this Internet series which originally appeared on the icebox.com website created by Goyer and Josh Levitan? YborCityJohn (talk) 17:38, 18 April 2015 (UTC)
