Panaya is an American software as a service company that reduces the cost and risk of making changes to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Designed for business users, from CIOs to business analysts, Panaya automatically analyzes the impact of pending business process changes, and informs all stakeholders on a need to know basis. Panaya’s service runs on the Amazon Product Advertising API.

History

Panaya was founded in 2006 by an American entrepreneur Yossi Cohen and headquartered in Menlo Park, California.

In 2010, shares of Tamares Group, a private equity investment firm based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, were acquired by Panaya as part of fundraising round

In 2012, CGI Group, a Canadian multinational information technology (IT) consulting, systems integration, outsourcing, and solutions company, announced the launching of a new Panaya Practice, a team of global experts focused on leveraging Panaya's technology to analyze, test, implement and upgrade SAP solutions.

In June 2014, Deloitte and Panaya announced an agreement to provide Oracle E-business Suite customers the ability to create more business impact by reducing the cost and risk of application change projects, without any loss of stability or quality.

Users

Panaya services are used by worldwide known companies such as Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz and Unilever, among others.
