done ani update re Ymblanter and HJ Mitchell http://en.wikipedia.org/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents#.28YmBlanter_and_HJ_Mitchell_.29_are_both_blocking_by_default_and_not_engaging_with_talk_pages We are raising serious global issues here since we get blocked on en-wiki when mention them and only global allows us to mention. arbcom and utrs uses en-wiki block ranges hence when a discussion gets blocked we get blocked from continuing via arbcom/utrs since arbcom/utrs use these same ip block rules note YmBlanter already now blocked 81.152.202.164 What a surprise, not a sockpuppet either, just a user engaging with community problems — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.152.203.146 (talk) 14:02, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
global stewards need to be aware, Ymblanter blocked but this issue is not going to go away, YmBlanter and HJ Mitchell are not following correct policies, ANI raised.
