Eric Hoteham was a pseudonym used to anonymously purchase a private email server that Hillary Rodham Clinton used covertly during her time as Secretary of State.

Actions

The day of the fist Senate Confirmation hearing for Hillary Clinton's Secretary of State confirmation someone going by the name Eric Hoteham purchased server space to host the URLs "clintonemail.com", "wjcoffice.com" and "presidentclinton.com" and listed Hillary Clinton's Chappaqua, New York home as his address. The sites were operated out of Clinton's home, running the email client Homebrew.

Publicly identified suspects

  • Eric Paul Hothem - former Clinton aide who continued to work for the Clintons after leaving public service.
