Arbcom

I do not mean to be dismissive by not answering your follow-up question at Arbcom. They seem to be cracking down on threaded discussions there. Most of my findings of fact come straight from the evidence pages sections with similar titles. In particular there are diffs of places where aspersions and innuendo are mentioned. It is not necessary for someone to say 'You are a whatever-ite and you believe in something-ism' for them to frame the debate as if their opponents support such an -ism. In particular when they are told several times that what they are doing is un-acceptable. Lots of border-line behavior tends to add up to crossing the line. If there are particular questions you have about my evidence or workshop material that can not be addressed on the case pages please feel free to ask me on my talk page.

I am glad there is someone involved in this who is asking the type of questions you are. I was concerned and surprised when no one really supported Collect in the evidence page or made solid critique of the evidence despite a couple of users expressing un-documented support or talk page comments. I am sure that there are some things Collect has done that are not as bad, objectively, as each involved editor sees them. The totality of his behavior is the issue. It took me less than two weeks to become fed up with his behavior and I was amazed that no one would address it short of Arbcom! To me that shows that the problems are deep rooted and that my concerns were not just a mis-perception, misunderstanding or over-reaction. Again, thank you for your participation and input at the case. Jbh (talk) 16:27, 10 April 2015 (UTC)
