Multiple sequential edits
Hello. After reviewing your editing on Ivy Taylor, pursuant to a report filed against you at WP:ANEW, I noticed that you tend to make a great many edits all in a row, each edit only adding a sentence or phrase, or a couple of template parameters, a wikilink, etc. I strongly encourage you to consider making more these edits simultaneously and submitting them all at once, as opposed to making a lengthy sequence of small changes. This makes page histories much easier to read. —Darkwind (talk) 02:42, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
Discretionary sanctions notice regarding American politics
This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Misplaced Pages. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date. Please carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding all edits about, and all pages related to post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Misplaced Pages, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.Template:Z33 Again, this message does not imply wrongdoing, but I must point out that Ivy Taylor is an active American politician, and as such, her article falls under this subject area. Please make an extra effort to edit harmoniously with others. —Darkwind (talk) 02:44, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
