ECW One Night Stand is an annual pay-per-view event promoted by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). The event features former wrestlers from the revived Extreme Championship Wrestling promotion, whose holdings WWE purchased in bankruptcy court. The event is held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

ECW One Night Stand 2005 was held on June 12, 2005. No titles were contested or even displayed, despite the last ECW World Television Champion and ECW World Heavyweight Champion (Rhino) and the last ECW World Tag Team Champions (Danny Doring and Roadkill) attending.

ECW One Night Stand 2006 was held on June 11, 2006. The event would mark the first time in nearly five years that an ECW World Heavyweight Champion would be crowned since the days of the now defunct Extreme Championship Wrestling promotion.

  • WWE Championship: Rob Van Dam defeated John Cena (c) to win the WWE/ECW Championship(20:39)
    • Edge speared John Cena through a table while the referee was knocked out and Rob Van Dam connected with the 5-Star Frog Splash to become the WWE/ECW Champion; Paul Heyman counted the pinfall.
