Hi, welcome! It's a fresh year, so here's a nice, fresh talk page. If you're here to nag (I'm looking at all you Herr Wikifuhrer brown-shirts, throwing about your barnstars) then please don't, I'll ignore it and go about my business as I usually do.

This tagline has come under criticism, so here's an explanation

"Fuhrer," n. A leader, especially one exercising the powers of a tyrant. This is not a reference to the Nazi regime, but instead to uncivil editors who do not understand the community aspect of Misplaced Pages.
"Brown Shirt," n. Historical term. A member of any fascist party or group. Fascism (n.), or oppressive control, with reference to one-up editing.
"Barnstar," n. A decorative painted object or image.

Offense is taken, not given, and in light of these wholly accurate dictionary definitions, I trust the reference to "Herr Wikifuhrer brown-shirts" will be understood as was intended - a lighthearted pun at dictatorial editors, who see themselves as part of a controlling party of editors.
