They disguise themselves in public, and they are distinguished from each other by their coloring: light pink for Wanda, and light green for Cosmo. To protect themselves from detection by Timmy's parents, which would result in their re-assignment to another child, Wanda and Cosmo disguise themselves as goldfish and live in a bowl by Timmy's nightstand. Their voices are performed by Daran Norris and Susan Blakeslee.
For many years, Wanda and Cosmo became mascots for Nickelodeon Studios, appearing on commercials and program openings to carry their magic wands together.
