Suspected sockpuppets

Seems a clear cut duck. I'm only asking for a CU in case there are sleepers but I don't care that much either way. Editor is adding categories to articles nearly? always with underscores including sometimes sexual or gender orientation or identity related and if not generally entertainment related , they've also done this when creating categories . Editor has also identified as coming from BC . Their questions to the RD are generally entertainment related or weird personal advice questions (see also the question where they identified as coming from BC), one time relating to sexual orientation or identity . All of these but particularly category stuff (which I believe are the reason for the ban) are hallmarks of previous Neptunekh socks, as established in previous checkusers.
