Early life

He was born in Bombay, Near Digapahandi,He completed his B.Sc in Khallikote College, Brahmapur and M.Sc in Physics from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack

Career

He was the first indian to win a medal in bejing china for kunfu and karate and left his academic career as lecturer in Physics, moved to Mumbai in 1965
