Just disappointed in Misplaced Pages

I have made effort of trying to write some that will be base& on what is in public domain but the bureaucracies with admins is discouraging.. What is the benefit of having a reduced document just because someone somewhere in the United states what's we always be on the dark.. I made effort of creating article about people's favorite Machakos County Governor.. And one of your admin pulled down a whole bio on her political journey this year. Which of course was referenced by 8 links.. I call that insane and it's not right according to whatever fuckin laws you are operating on.. I am giving biography to readers machakos County not some bureaucrats in the states. So any deletion of that article will make it stunt and I have tried to review it from time to time but your admins are making it impossible to have a lengthy article

So long since I logged in to Misplaced Pages, I've both forgotten and lost not just the password I last used, but also the user name. Regardless, I'm Stef Anthony Coburn. My father wrote the work in question (a month or so after my ninth birthday, as I only too well recall). As the present lawful owner of all my late father's 'Doctor Who' related intellectual properties, inclusive of a number of earlier, in certain aspects substantially different drafts of the story subsequently televised in November of 63. I can authoritatively state with categorical absolute certainty that there IS a difference, and your article is factually in error in failing to acknowledge it. Whether you like it or not, the collective title of the first story in four episodes was consistently, 'Doctor Who and The Tribe of Gum' throughout the development of the story up to the penultimate draft which he renamed 'Doctor Who and The Gift of Fire' before reverting (for unknown reasons) to 'The Tribe of Gum' for the final transmitted version. 'The Tribe of Gum' as you are clearly well aware, was rendered in four episodes, each with it's own individual title: in order: episode one: 'An Unearthly Child'; episode two' 'The Cave of Skulls'; episode three: 'The Forest of Fear'; and episode four: 'The Firemaker'. Given this well recorded fact, it made no sense at the time, and makes no sense now to ignore the three succeeding episodes, in favour of the lazy recourse (which is all this common error ever was) merely to the title of the first. Whilst it's certainly true that the story became widely known as '100,000 BC' and that this is in fact a far better title, with the eponymous 'Gum' having been more or less excised from the plot, a draft or two before the final one, the fact remains, as I have stated. University of Newcastle (Australia)

I think you might have dropped into this without being aware of the talk page discussion. There have been a number of IPs involved, all Telstra IPs by the look of it, wanting some disputed content in the article. We were having a discussion on the talk page (a pointless one, but a discussion nonetheless). Today an IP arbitrarily decided that disputed content should go in the article when there was no consensus. I reverted that and then Cjhard decided to pop in and do the same, working off votes rather than consensus. He doesn't seem interested in continuing the discussion, just bulldozing the content into the article to test consensus, which is not the right thing to do. Now another IP (also from Telstra) has popped in to disagree. His was actually a valid edit, since it just restores the WP:STATUSQUO. The English is for the concept, the German is for the people affected by it - but they're fundamentally equivalent as e.g. the English wiki doesn't have ones on shell shock... victims. The German one however does link to the English article, but not the other way around. How would one fix that? I tried a while back when I noticed it, but it seemed extremely complex/confusing at the time. Thank you in advance!

Adding 5 bad citations doesn't prove a fact, please refer to the official document from Govt. of India, where it clearly says "The composition consisting of the words and music of the first stanza of the late poet Rabindra Nath Tagore’s song known as “Jana Gana Mana” is the National Anthem of India." . FK Mladost

Hi! Can you make page FK Mladost redirect to FK Mladost Podgorica Explanation: recently someone created "disambiguation page" for FK Mladost instead of redirecting to primary article FK MLADOST PODGORICA. The problem is that Mladost already has redirection page -> Mladost, and there is no need for another one. "FK" stands for Football Club in Montenegrin (fudbalski klub). There is no other significant fudbal klubs than Mladost from Podgorica, the list shows bundle of amateur or third league clubs that addopted the same name. Mladost from Podgorica was founded back in 1949 and plays regularly in UEFA competitions, while the rest of clubs were formed in recent 10 years. @Jim1138: Hello! I had to reverse your edit on "Dhaka" because the national airport is actually known as Hazrat shahjalal international airport, not the one that you reverted back into. But Mistake Does Happen. I guess you took it as vandalism, but it actually isn't! Check out that page, the title might be different, but it's referred to by that name in that very same article. @DarkSpartan: That's fine, but the article is named Shahjalal International Airport and not Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. So, either the article should be moved or the link should be ]. Generally, wp:piping to the same name such as ] is cumbersome and unnecessary. Though, it probably doesn't make any difference in the final compiled server html. Ian Boldsworth edits

I am representing Ian's online material and social media, and made the changes on the page as they were fan added with superfluous information. For example, the section about the Peacock & Gamble Podcast has a lengthy explanation of one of the hundreds of shows P&G performed which essentially clogs up the page. The list of Warm Up and TV credits was streamlined to not include shows that were one-offs or uncommissioned, and edits were made to outdated/incorrectly titled radio shows. In short, I made the page more concise and removed irrelevant information, as the page is already overwhelmingly detailed. It also incorrectly refers to him as Peacock several times which is no longer his name.

Misplaced Pages can be edited (within wp:policy) by anyone.
If the information is from a wp:reliable source, is wp:notable, and is not in violation of wp:BLP, there is no reason that it should not be on the page.
You have a wp:conflict of interest and probably should not be editing the page.
As you have a COI, please use an wp:edit request and don't edit the page directly.

Women's rights in North Korea

Please do not revert the changes without discussion on talk. If you think something has been lost, then bring that content back yourself. But the original state of the article was very poor. The tone was unencyclopedic; it relied primarily on that Guardian article of questionable quality (even if the Guardian is a RS you can't built a whole WP article only on a newspaper article). Feel free to improve this article, but please do not simply revert it to the way it was - which was a very poor state. See Talk:Women's_rights_in_North_Korea
