Upskirt is a term used to describe images showing the view up a female's skirt or dress. There are many websites that promote this as pornography. Taking photographs of someone surreptitiously is an offence in some countries, but in others there are no laws to prevent this. Some people consider this sort of photography to be a form of sexual abuse if it is done without consent.

Some websites use models who get paid to pretend they are upskirts victims, but some websites really do victimize unaware women. While some believe these sites are degrading to women and the victims caught on film, the sites are generally considered to be "soft core", because of the nature of this kind of "pornography".
