Notes:
  1. ^ Since both finalists of 2017–18 Coppa Italia (Juventus and Milan) currently qualify for European competitions based on their league position, the berth awarded to the cup winner (Europa League group stage) is passed down to the sixth-placed team and the berth awarded to the sixth-placed team (Europa League second qualifying round) is passed down to the seventh-placed team.
