Hi AlanKirk6891. Since you appear to be new to Misplaced Pages editing, you might not be very familiar with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. I've add a welcome template to your user talk page which contains some links to some relevant pages which I think you might find informative. I am also going to suggest that you take a look at Misplaced Pages:Conflict of interest just on the off-chance you are connected to Williams either personally of professionally, and advise you to pay particularly close attention to Misplaced Pages:Paid-contribution disclosure. Just for reference, Misplaced Pages does not expressly prohibit COI editing, but it does highly discourage; Misplaced Pages does, however, have strict policy with respect to paid editing, so it's important you are aware of this if it pertains to you. Even if you don't have a COI, the pages contain relevant information which you might find useful.
As for the inforbox image, the FB file has been tagged for speedy deletion. Generally, it is the person taking a photograph, not the subject of the photo who is considered to be the copyright holder. The fact the the photo appears on Willliams' Facebook page does not automatically make him the original copyright holder and he cannot release someone else works as PD without their explicit permission to do so. If you want to dispute the speedy deletion tag, you should go to the file's page and follow the instructions in the template; otherwise, the file is most likely going to be deleted once an adminstrator reviews it.
As for the content about the bill, the article is about Williams not the bill. While it is appropriate to mention the bill within the article, WP:UNDUE needs to be taken in account to make sure it's done in an appropriate manner. If the bill is sufficiently Misplaced Pages notable and has received siginificant coverage in reliable sources (as defined by Misplaced Pages], then it might be possible for some to write an stand-alone article about the bill itself. As for disruptive editing, what you're doing is engaging in edit warring over article content. You were bold and added content to the article, which was subsequently reverted by another editor (myself) asking you to establish a consensus for its inclusion on the article talk page. It is the obligation of those wanting to include content to establish an consensus for its inclusion, not the other way around. So, as explained in WP:CONSENSUS and WP:BRD, you are the one who needs to initiate discussion on the article's talk page and see if you can establish a consesnsus for this content. There are multiple editors watching the article and they wil l comment one way or another. If you are able to establish a consensus for including it, the content will be re-added; if not, it won't. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:31, 11 June 2018 (UTC)
