Martha Kay Renfroe (June 5, 1938 – August 20, 2016) was an Oregon writer, author of mystery and science fiction under the pen name M.K. Wren.

Renfroe was born in on June 5, 1938 Amarillo, Texas. Her work includes the "Conan Flagg" mystery series and the post-apocalyptic novel A Gift Upon the Shore, set along the Oregon coast.

From the 1960s until the end of her life she lived with her companion, Ruth Dennis Grover. Renfroe died on August 20, 2016 in Lincoln City, Oregon.
