Talk:George Galloway

Not sure what you were going for. The discussion was closed by an administrator, and the argument (WP:TALKCOND) you gave was not a valid argument (read it). Moreover, there is a campaign of harassment against the editor, and I am sure you want to make sure you are not associated with that campaign. Thank you, Drmies (talk) 15:24, 20 May 2018 (UTC)

Discretionary sanctions alert, please read

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Misplaced Pages's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Undiscussed page move

Please do not move controversial pages to new titles, as you did here, without prior discussion and WP:CONSENSUS. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 17:15, 25 July 2019 (UTC)

Alexa references

Please stop your mass removal of references to Alexa Internet and re-read the definition of original research. As Mcmatter already explained, this inforation is not original research, and in fact a default field of the infobox for websites. If you still disagree, you may want to start a discussion at Template_talk:Infobox_website. Regards, HaeB (talk) 05:35, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

OR tag at Sense about Science

19 citations in a short section doesn't seem to warrant an OR tag so I removed it. I also reinstated the Trustees and advisory board section, seems sourced. If you disagree please use the talk page to discuss it (as I think you should have when tagging what seems a very well-sourced section). Doug Weller talk 12:54, 6 August 2019 (UTC)

I see you changed the page name of the Five whys article and moved it, and did not see any discussion about this before it was done. Can you please explain what your thinking was about this and why it was not first discussed on the Talk page, given this article existed in the previous form since 2006? Thank you. --- FULBERT (talk) 00:26, 1 September 2019 (UTC)_Five_whys"> _Five_whys">

Replacement of {{reflist}} with <references />-2019-09-10T03:15:00.000Z">

I've also removed a bunch of your changes to {{Reflist}} as well. Also, the section title that appears above the references has several permitted names, there's no need to change all of these to your preference. See MOS:FNNR for various names that may be used for this section. Mathglot (talk) 08:14, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
Alos, please don;t add width dimensions to reflist", as the width is automatically adjusted for the size of the screen in use. Beyond My Ken (talk) 17:14, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
