If you are unable to create an account due to your institution's IP address being blocked, follow these instructions. If you are autoblocked repeatedly, contact your network administrator or instructor and request that your school contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on its proxy servers so that blocks will affect only the intended user.Administrators: review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, consider a soft block using {{School block}}. In response to vandalism from this IP address, abuse reports may be sent to its network administrator for investigation.

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to Palatino, you will be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. Please don't try to start a list of people with vaginas. Almost all women and girls have vaginas. --Allen 04:19, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

Seriously, please stop it. Check out Category:Women; we have lots of lists of women categorized in various ways. --Allen 04:21, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

Man, that's the funniest bit of nonsense I've seen for ages, please stop and avoid being blocked. --Alf 04:22, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

Blocked
You have been blocked for vandalism for a period of time. To contest this block, add the text {{unblock}} on this page, along with an explanation of why you believe this block to be unjustified. You can also email the blocking administrator or any administrator from this list. Please be sure to include your username (if you have one) and IP address in your email.

If you continue to vandalize Misplaced Pages after the block has expired, you will be blocked for longer and longer periods of time.

Please do not erase warnings on this page. Doing so is also considered vandalism. Kukini 07:18, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

Domestic violence flood

You are flooding the page history with edits. You may want to use the preview function or a WP:SANDBOX to make sure your contributions look ok before you hit the "save changes" button. Thanks.--Andrew c 03:08, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Unblock request

unblock|Hello. I am a Librarian at the University of Western Sydney, where regretably this vandalism seems to be occuring. This vandalism could be coming from any student in the university as far as I understand our system. While it is unfortunate, blocking all the students from participating in Misplaced Pages would seem to be unfair.}}

You are not being blocked directly but rather being autoblocked, please post the complete block message so that we can follow it up. --WinHunter 03:59, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

We can't unblock you at this time, because you haven't given us the information we need to look into your block. You yourself were not blocked; if you were prevented from editing, you must have been autoblocked or blocked because of your IP address. I'm removing your unblock request because there's nothing we can do without this information. If you are still autoblocked by the time you read this message:

  1. If you have a Misplaced Pages account, please ensure that you are logged in.
    Your account name will be visible in the top right of this page if you are. If it isn't, try clearing your cache.
  2. Try and edit the Misplaced Pages:Sandbox by clicking here.
  3. Copy the {{unblock-auto|...}} code generated for you under the "Autoblocked?" section.
  4. Paste the code at the bottom of your user talk page and click save.

If you are not blocked from editing the sandbox then the autoblock on your IP address has already expired and you can resume editing. --  Netsnipe  ►  04:55, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
