Man vs. Bee is an upcoming comedy television series created by Rowan Atkinson and Will Davies, written and directed by David Kerr. starring Rowan Atkinson, Jing Lusi, Claudie Blakley, Tom Basden, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Greg McHugh and India Fowler. The series is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in June 24, 2022.

Plot

A man who finds himself entrenched in an ongoing battle with a bee while in the midst of housesitting at an elegant mansion. As the official synopsis asks us, “Who will win, and what irreparable damage will be done in the process?”

  • Rowan Atkinson as Trevor, who finds himself in a battle with a bee as he avoids irreparable damage.
  • Jing Lusi as Nina, the owner of the luxurious mansion that is being house-sat by Trevor (Atkinson).
  • Claudie Blakley as Manhunt, Trevor’s ex-wife.
  • Tom Basden as After Life, the Police Officer.
  • Julian Rhind-Tutt as Bridget Jones’s Baby, who plays Nina’s husband Christian.
  • Greg McHugh as Fresh Meat, who joins as the Gardener and White Lines star India Fowler.
