He is often mistaken as "Wu Cai Shen"(武财神)Who ride a tiger and holds a rod. Cai Shen had been erroneously turned into a Buddhist deity by Pure Land Buddhists, under the form of the "Buddha of Future Time" who resides in Pure Land or Western Paradise.
