At his peak weight, he was around 100 stone. This figure was only calculated though due to the fact that he was too heavy and in such a bad condition to be able to be weighed.
He has suffered from obesity since he was a child. At the age of 12, he weighed 28 stone and was 6ft 1 in. His weight grew and grew until he was hospitalized in March 1978. He had a accumalated too much water which caused congestive heart failure.
