Kirk Fairbanks Fogg is an actor, writer, singer, producer, child-pusher, and director who was born in Los Angeles, California on November 17, 1960. He attended Eisenhower High School in Rialto, CA and played on the high school football team . It is believed that this is where his child-pushing stemmed from. A kicker on the football team, he was often made fun of for his smaller size and lack of strength when compared to other skill players. He was also ridiculed for his love of archaeology, particularly on the subject of Mayan ruins. With a host of regrettable memories of high school, he began bullying small children starting in the summer before his freshman year of college at Cal State-Fullerton. He hosted the Nickelodeon game show Legends of the Hidden Temple, which aired from 1993 to 1995. This show is now aired on Nick GAS. He has appeared in over 200 national commercials .

Fogg played the District Attorney on the pilot to the UPN television series Veronica Mars, as well as directing and starring in the film Distortion, which is in the process of trying to secure distribution.

Kirk was a member of Delta Chi at Cal State-Fullerton.

Kirk played racquetball with Donald Trump and Tupac Shakur in a 1995 charity event for the war on drugs.

Fogg was also a contestant on the CBS game show Body Language.
