GRV Media Ltd is a digital sports publisher and ad-tech provider located in the UK. The company was originally incorporated in February 2001 under the name Entrepreneur Limited in January 2017 by Graham Morris, Robi Buckley and Vic Daniels (GRV) to encompass HITC (a football and entertainment website founded in 2002 by Graham Morris and Vic Daniels) and Footyfeed (a football news aggregator website founded by Robi Buckley in 2016).
On February 1st 2021 GRV Media limited acquired the gaming website Dualshockers which was founded in 2009 by Joel Taveras, Yaris Gutierrez, and Al Zamora.
In June 2022 GRV Media sold its flagship gaming website Dualshockers to Canadian publisher Valnet.
