Dr. Pawan Reley is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. He is also an author known for advocating on the case rights of manual scavengers and sewer cleaners over the past nine years. Pawan and Justice J.R Midha played crucial roles in the Ninth Edition of B.V. Vishwanatha Aiyar’s Commentary on the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. As co-editors. Reley is also recognized as a TEDx speaker. He was honoured by 5 Union Minister included Satish Chandra Dubey at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi.

Early life and education

Pawan belong to a middle class family in Panna, M.P. His father was a teacher in government school. He completed schooling in a Hindi medium school and graduated in law from School of Law, Christ University Bangalore in 2015. He is also the co-founder of NIEV Judicial Education in Delhi.

Career

Reley's popular case covers the interpretation and application of Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, which governs the admissibility of electronic records in Indian courts.
