James Honey (born 15 November 1995) is an Australian Muay Thai kickboxer, currently fighting out of Brisbane, Australia. Known for his technical precision and aggressive striking.
Career
Career Summary
After gaining experience in kickboxing, James fought and Won the RiseChampionship Tournament Finale and later went on to compete and win against former Glory Champion Harut Grigorian by split decision.. In June 2024 James went on to challenge for the WMO Middleweight Title, winning by KO in the first round against Silathong Numponthep and got ranked #3 WMO World Rankings #4 in the Middleweight division. And in WBC Muay Thai World Rankings: Honey holds the #5 position in the Middleweight category. In December 2024 he rematched Kong Thailand having fought him prior losing by decision in 2023, in the rematch James would lose a close and competitive split decision.
