Chris Hansen

A tag has been placed on Chris Hansen, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Misplaced Pages:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. People who are fighting the good fight here are sometimes threatened

with a trip to ArbCom. They need our support, though.   — Jimmy Wales

I can NOT emphasize this enough.

There seems to be a terrible bias among some editors that some sort of
random speculative "I heard it somewhere" pseudo information is to be
tagged with a "needs a cite" tag. Wrong. It should be removed,
aggressively, unless it can be sourced.   — Jimmy Wales

If we don't have enough information to write a decent biography

we need either a redirect or a short note explaining how the person was
involved in the larger incident.   — Fred Bauder

I recommend you keep an eye on Chris Candido, Rodney Begnaud, and Rick Cornell as your edits are being reverted.

Enough of this bullshit

I am tired of explaining, ad nauseum, to a specific group of people why WP:BLP is important. If you disagree with explicit emails drafted by Jimmy Wales, please take it up with him on your own. Burntsauce 21:22, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure what you thought was so bad about Allison Stokke, it seemed to cover the topic in a respectful manner, primarily talking about her notable, record-setting performance and then also mentioning that she'd been the target of a spectacular amount of undesired lewdness, without slipping into the lewdness itself. Care to clarify what the specific BLP issue you saw was? Night Gyr (talk/Oy) 21:37, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Well, given the recent changes to your account I don't think much more needs to be said on the matter. Burntsauce 22:15, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
