Just so you know, welcome messages are standard operating procedure on Misplaced Pages. It is a courtesy initiated by the welcoming editor. While you have been editing for a few months now, it is possible you haven't yet read the basic policy pages and whatnot, which is probably why you received one belatedly. / edg ☺ ★ 19:33, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
