Ben Stiller (born November 30, 1965) is a comedian/actor/director probably best known for his roles in Mystery Men, Meet the Parents, Flirting with Disaster, The Royal Tenenbaums, and There's Something About Mary. The son of comedians and actors Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara, Stiller was born in New York, New York on November 30, 1965 and raised with frequent visits from his family's Hollywood friends.

Stiller directed both The Cable Guy and Reality Bites, to generally mixed reviews.

He has dated comedienne Janeane Garofalo periodically and is still friends with her. He married actress Christine Taylor in May 2000.

Amy Stiller, Ben's sister, is also an actor.
