Template:Pageant titleholder bioAlla Igorevna Ilushka (born December 5, 1984) is a beauty queen from Eden Prairie, Minnesota who competed for in the Miss USA pageant in 2007 and who has competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant.

Iluska, who was born in the Moldavian SSR, won her first major pageant title in 2001 when she was crowned Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2002. She represented Minnesota in the nationally televised Miss Teen USA 2002 pageant broadcast live from South Padre Island, Texas where she placed in the top ten despite having an removed from her right hand as a child (she told me that). This was only Minnesota's second placement in the competition, following Michelle Borg who was a semi-finalist in 1996. Of the semi-finalists, Ilushka placed ninth in the swimsuit competition and tenth in evening gown, finishing tenth on average. The pageant was won by Vanessa Semrow of Wisconsin.

She took a four year hiatus; digging drainage ditches for the state, volunteering for the , and working at a in Edina MN. Her days of pageants, and beauty for that matter, were over. That all changed one winter morning. She fell into a snow drift while searching for the St. Paul Winter Carnival Medallion. Lying there, with no food, water or toilet, she feared for her life and her legacy. Some say she found God that day, others say . The truth is, she found her heart. She promised herself that if she ever made it out of here alive she was "Gonna win me another one of them pageants". Days later she was rescued from the SA parking lot by a passing motorist who had stopped to use the vaccum cleaner and discovered an icy , yet defiant, hand poking through the snow. The motorist would later state that Ilushka "just looked like a winner." Days later, she would make good on her frozen promise when she entered the Miss Minnesota Pageant. With only 24 hours to prepare, doing her own make-up, and with only three re-counts of official ballots, she was crowned .

In November 2006, Ilushka became the third former Miss Minnesota Teen USA to win the Miss Minnesota USA title. Illushka represented Minnesota in the Miss USA 2007 pageant which was broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California on March 23, 2007. Illushka was the seventh Miss Teen USA 2002 delegate to win a Miss USA state title, three of whom competed for the 2007 Miss USA title. She now lives in Southeast Asia with .58 cents in her bank account, but with her dignity, and her pride, intact.
