Thomas Patrick Colicchio "Tom" Born August 15, 1962 in Elizabeth New Jersey. Noted American Chef. Co-owner, founder and Executive Chef of Gramercy Tavern in New York City. Gramercy Tavern opened in 1994 and in 2003 and 2005 was vted Most Popular Restaurant in New York City by the Zagats Guide. Recipient of five James Beard Foundation Medals.
