WPSD, also known by its slogan Newschannel 6, is a NBC affiliate based in Paducah, Kentucky. They are owned by Paxton Media, a locally based family-run publishing company that also owns the city's daily newspaper, The Paducah Sun. WPSD debuted on the air on May 28, 1957.

The station is part of the Paducah-Cape Girardeau-Harrisburg TV market and covers western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, southeastern Missouri and northwestern Tennessee.
