Justice League/Avengers is a comic book series thought up by George Perez. The project began in 1981 and was finally released in 2004. Unpublished work was released and sold on Ebay since then. The story is a Marvel and DC Comics Publication about leading members of the Marvel and DC Universe in search for key artifacts to save one another's universe from ultimate destruction. Unlike the Marvel versus DC series, which focused on fanbase, this series focuses on key elements of the Marvel and DC Universe and was executed with much more of an overall plan, unlike the Marvel vs. DC comics.

- Flash could not tap into the Speed Force when he entered the Marvel Universe.
- The chaos magic used by Scarlet Witch is more powerful in the DC Universe.
- Green Lantern could recharge his power ring in the Marvel Universe with a Cosmic Cube.
- Superman was allowed to wield Thor's hammer Mjolnir by Odin during battle, but was was not deemed worthy enough to lift it after the fighting was over.
- The Avengers are not as popular amongst the populace of their Earth as the Justice League is on theirs.
- Darkseid rejects the Infinity Gauntlet because the DC Universe lacks the Power Infinite.
- Every single Avenger and Justice League member in the past 30 year history appear at least once, with a plot device to let future members be a part of the action off-panel.
- Galactus is able to be consumed by Krona.
- Marvel Earth is smaller than DC Earth.
- Marvel Earth is more decentralized, (there is no city at Metropolis).
