User:Political Dweeb's reply

User:Political Dweeb here wants to explain to user:De728631 that I do not seem to be able to find any information to show the UCD has dissolved except that on way back machine after March 5th 2005 they stopped the existence of their website. Is it possible you could you give me some advice on what I should do about this?

Civic Solidarity victory candle!

Declined speedy. babel fish makes a hash out of European languages. I can imagine what it does to Korean. Article needs translation by a person to determine suitability. Dlohcierekim 14:03, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

Esterson

BTW, I had posted on Esterson's page a link to an old comment on Skoojal's page. Esterson is a naive user and probably hit the edit button without noticing the "You are editing an old revision of this page" box. I don't believe he intended to blank the other text. (That mistake is harder now than it used to be, but it still happens). I'm sure it was an innocent mistake. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 09:43, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of R.vikram

A tag has been placed on R.vikram requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Rnb (talk) 15:56, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
