Request reason:

Much time has passed. I have much to contribute to wiki. I will have a colourful talk page but elsewhere I'll use basic black. Wikipedians have come here & declined me but I dont get why. The last one claimed BLP which I didnt do. I remember my colour being a big issue. I'd like to help make wikipedia better. I'd like another chance but so far have been rebuffed.
