Fair use rationale for Image:Signum-Nanoha.JPG

Image:Signum-Nanoha.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Misplaced Pages article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Misplaced Pages:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Misplaced Pages policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Folken de Fanel's Edits

Folken de Fanel seems insistent on removing important German-to-English translations of the attacks here. Myself and three other users have tried to add this back, only to have Fanel engage in a long term edit war. I'm posting this here to get some consensus on the issue. If a majority of users say the edits should stay, then we need to get an admin to get Fanel to stop disrupting this page and others. 152.3.217.217 (talk) 21:22, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

My oppinion, ok, i am totally confused as to what's going on here, and at the moment, i have no real side to pick with, but this is my own 2 cents... I think we, the nanoha fans, deserve to know the german -> english translations of Signums attacks... they're nice little tid-bits of info that just make everything more fun... why would you get rid of them? were they false? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ninjagal6 (talkcontribs) 03:24, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
The translations were accurate, similar to translations of Japanese names and phrases on Misplaced Pages that don't require a source so long as they're literal, which these were. Buspar (talk) 07:45, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
Yes, we need a source saying if it's accurate or not. Nothing indicates Buspar is a german user. If anyone can "translate" as he wants and without giving any guarantees...Folken de Fanel (talk) 23:04, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
aha! ok i get it now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ninjagal6 (talkcontribs) 14:38, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
