• The Bulgarian region of Macedonia, also known as Pirin Macedonia

Ethnicity

• An Ancient Macedonian (Makedon) or an adjective relating to the ancient Hellenic kingdom of Macedon (Makedonikos)
• A (modern) Macedonian, sometimes referred to as a "Macedonian Slav" - see Macedonians (ethnic group)
• An Aromanian; the Aromanians are sometimes called Macedoneni or Machedoni (pl.) in Romanian, regardless of geographical origin; in other languages may refer to an Aromanian specifically inhabiting or originating from Macedonia.
