By deleting my article--you give me write to delete all of yours.

The appropriate action on your part is to explain on the AfD page why you think this article should be kept. Again, please refer to WP:AFD. --Durin 18:17, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

I explained last night why this article needed to be kept and got shit on by all the God playing morons who "patrol" this damn website.

Let me see if I can find it--hold on.

SOMEONE WROTE THIS: "How do we put deletion bait on Misplaced Pages? Let us count the ways:vanity, promotional, non-notability (no Google hits for this) and what can you put forth? Daniel Case 05:56, 11 January 2006 (UTC)"

THEN I WROTE THIS: Google the filmmaker Eric Norcross and you will see some fan sites as well as listings on various other sites like famouspeople.com I object to this decision whole-heartedly. Please dispute with me through my talk section before taking action.

I find it hard to believe that this isn't enough.

Oh an ah... yeah--thanks for the humiliation--the flaming--I only wanted to contribute the things I'm interested in--as there's not much information out there about them.

  • It might very well be enough. But, the appropriate place to put this would have been Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Eric Norcross. We discuss the possible deletion of articles on these pages. I strongly welcome your rationale on that page. Unfortunately, another admin has blocked you for 24 hours (I'm working to see if I can have that admin undo the block). AfDs remain open for 7 days usually. If you craft a full rationale, including films made and references suck as a direct link to Eric's page on famouspeople.com I will put it on the AfD page myself if the block remains in effect. Just flesh out your comments above here, on your talk page (you can always edit your talk page while a block is in effect). Please, do not get pissed off and leave. I am attempting to work with you to help you understand how Misplaced Pages works. I think you have generally good intentions, but do not yet know how things work around here. I'm trying to help you. --Durin 18:31, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
