smug, and wrong

You claimed, "My own attorney assures me that Judge Garrett Brown, the Chief Judge of the United States District COURT OF LAW in TRENTON NEW JERSEY will quickly confirm the above for you." However, part of "above" was the absolutely inarguable truth that " applies to Congress; we are not Congress...". Garrett Brown, being a federal stooge, will not confirm to anybody in an opinion, as a federal judge, your implication that the first amendment applies only to congress. He will bow like a serpent to the usual motley assortment of malarkey his "superior" tea leave readers have shot the fourteenth amendment full of. In other words, your alleged attorney's claim is wrong; rather than confirm the obvious truth, Garrett Brown prefers to keep his job. Nice name-drop pose though. BTW, you and katefan deserve every ounce of snurk that idiot user heaps on your heads. You haven't heard the last of katefan's creation via nicey-nice talk (the gift that won't go away). Sweet justice. I will sit back and enjoy every wasted second, proud of my contribution to the disease. example: ~~~~
