Jane Street is a north-south route in west-end Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The most celebrated community on Jane Street is the area at Jane Street and Finch Avenue West, also refer to as Jane and Finch.
While crime is a problem in the area, it is no less notorious than any other communities with mixed income housing:
- Regent Park (Toronto)
- St. James Town (Toronto)
- Malvern, Ontario (Scarborough)

- The intersection of Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue was the inspiration for the Barenaked Ladies song 'Jane'. The intersection provided the name of the woman in the song.
- North of Steeles, Jane Street is also referred to as York Regional Road 55.
