Trospium is a urinary antispasmodic. It is sold under the brand name Sanctura in the US, Trosec in Canada, Regurin in the United Kingdom and Spasmex in Croatia and Israel.

It is available in Egypt under the brand name Trospikan by Hikma pharma.
