This is a list of characters in the Nickelodeon show, Victorious.

Main Characters

Tori Vega

Victoria "Tori" Vega is the title character of the show. Tori attends a performing arts school called Hollywood Arts. She used to attend a public school, Sherwood, but after her sister(who already attended Hollywood Arts) was supposed to perform in the big showcase but wasn't able to because her tongue was swollen, Tori filled in for her and was asked if she wanted to attended. She is depicted as creative, responsible, caring and friendly, though she can be sneaky and revengeful, going as low as to manipulate her friends and family. Some of her family and friends include her older sister Trina, André Harris, Cat Valentine, Beck Oliver, Robbie Shapiro, and frenemy Jade West. Tori makes almost all of her friends(and frenemy) on her first day at Hollywood Arts. She met André when he came over her house to practice with Trina for the big showcase, met Cat and Robbie on the first day of school, along with Beck, who she spilled coffee on. Tori became Jade's enemy after Tori spilled the coffee on Beck, Jade's boyfriend, and tried to rub it off him, but Jade came in and thought she was trying to flirt with him. She has frequently tried to make peace with Jade, such as not telling on her when Jade's pretends that Tori hurt her, or when she volunteered to help Jade put on her play after the teachers wouldn't let her perform it at the school. Tori has been in many plays and musicals, too. In one episode, called Cat's New Boyfriend, Cat gets a boyfriend named Danny/Daniel, that also happened to go to Tori's old school, Sherwood, and used to date her. This makes Tori jealous, and makes her eventually makes her squirt cheese on Cat and Danny/Daniel during a party. After that, while Cat is changing clothes, Tori and Danny/Daniel kiss, which Cat sees, and ends up with Cat punching Tori in the nose, which she apologizes for after. In one episode, The Wood, Tori is featured on a reality show called The Wood, along with Beck, Jade and André, that was being shot at her school, but stopped after Lane, the school counselor, made the directors leave.

Tori is portrayed by Victoria Justice.

André Harris

André Harris is Tori's first Hollywood Arts friend. He is depicted as cool, friendly, and really fun. André is an aspiring musician. He enjoys writing, playing, making and singing music of all kinds. In almost all of the episodes where songs are featured, he is the author of them. André is the one that convinced Tori that she should go to Hollywood Arts. He is considered Tori's best friend. He is very hard to not like, because of his easygoing charm. He is also a very good actor, considering he was on a reality TV show, called The Wood, along with Tori, Beck and Jade before Lane made the directors leave. His locker is designed as a keyboard, where he can actually play music on, shown in The Bird Scene.

André is portrayed by Leon Thomas III.

Robbie Shapiro

Robbie Shapiro is one of Tori's friends at Hollywood Arts that speaks through a dummy, Rex Powers. He is a skilled ventriliquist, and usually prefers to say his true feeling through Rex. Robbie constantly tells people that Rex isn't a puppet. Everyone seems to think Rex is cooler than Robbie, despite him being a puppet. Robbie is considered extremely nerdy, about the same place as Sinjin. In one episode, Rex Dies, Rex is destroyed by a machine Tori made for a play. Tori, Beck, Jade and Cat go to a hospital to fake Rex's death to help Robbie get over him, because he's a 16-year old boy. Robbie is extremely insecure, and probably suffers some kind of personality disorder. His grandmother says he's had Rex since he was little, said in Stage Fighting. his locker is designed with baby bottle caps, saying that "It reminds me of a happier time," said in The Bird Scene.

Robbie is portrayed by Matt Bennett.

Jade West

Jade West is a frenemy of Tori from Hollywood Arts.. They become enemies on Tori's first day at Hollywood Arts. Jade is the main antagonist of the series, though she is shown to be forming a friendship with Tori. She has been in a relationship with Beck for awhile, 1 year and 11 months, since the episodes Jade Dumps Beck. Despite their opposite personalities, they will always love each other no matter what. Jade is shown to be emo and extremely dark and negative. Despite being a bit cruel, she is shown to be a hard worker and caring to the people she loves the most. Jade frequently wears fake highlights in her hair, usually blue or white, and has two visible piercings on her face, that she got 45 minutes after her mother told her she couldn't, said on TheSlap.com during her profile video. Jade is shown to be friends with André and Cat, and sort of Robbie and Tori. She was on the reality show, The Wood, along with Tori, Beck, and André, before it got cancelled by Lane.

Jade is portrayed by Elizabeth Gillies.

Cat Valentine

Cat Valentine is one of Tori's friends from Hollywood Arts. Her real name, Caterina, is said on a video on TheSlap.com, but only her grandmother calls her by it, everyone else calls her by her nickname, Cat. She is shown to be easily offended, emotionally fragile, and a drama queen. Cat is friends with Tori, André, Jade, Robbie and Beck. She has bright red hair, that she dyed to resmble a red velvet cupcake, said on TheSlap.com on her profile video. In one episode, Rex Dies she is sent to the mental ward, after Jade suggests she make friends with "the nice lady by the desk" to get her out of the way. Cat often says very random and strange things, like when she constantly mentions her weird little brother. It is speculated that Cat might suffer a personality disorder. In one episode, called Cat's New Boyfriend, she gets a boyfriend named Danny/Daniel, that also happened to go to Tori's old school, Sherwood, and used to date her. This makes Tori jealous, and makes her eventually makes her squirt cheese on Cat and Danny/Daniel during a party. Beck Oliver

Beck Oliver is one of Tori's friends from Hollywood Arts. He is cool, hot, extremely mellow and described by most girls as "perfect in every way." In Rex Dies a doctor asks why his son can't be beautiful like him. He is dating Jade, as he has been in a relationship with her for 1 year and 11 months, as said in Jade Dumps Beck. He met Tori on her first day at Hollywood Arts, when she spills coffee on him, and tries to rub it off, which Jade sees, and leads to their dislikeness of each other. Almost every girl likes Beck, even famous, rich ones, as seen in Jade Dumps Beck. Despite Beck and Jade's opposite personalities, they will always love each other. In one episode, called The Wood, Beck, Tori, Jade and André are all featured on a reality TV show called The Wood, before Lane made the directors leave. His locker is decorated as transparent, saying that "I have no secrets, and neither does my locker", shown in The Bird Scene.

Beck is portrayed by Avan Jogia.

Trina Vega

Trina Vega is Tori's older sister, who attends Hollywood Arts. In the pilot episode, Trina was supposed to perform in the big showcase with André, but her tongue became swollen, which led to Toria filling in for her and enrolling into Hollywood Arts. Trina believes that acting and singing is her destiny, despite her being quite talentless. She has an attitude of a (wannabe) celebrity, despite her having not much talent for anything. Trina is quite selfish a lot of the time, like in The Birth Week Song, where Tori works really hard on a song for Trina's birthday, but Trina doesn't appreciate it, saying that it's not a real present because Tori didn't pay money for it. Trina is shown to be kind and caring in some episodes though, like Tori the Zombie, where she drives 2 hours to help get Tori's zombie mask off her face, or in Wok Star, where she pretends to be a celebrity to make Mrs. Lee late for Jade's play.

Trina is portrayed by Daniella Monet.

Recurring Characters

Sinjin Van Cleef

Sinjin Van Cleef is the creepy, weird and gross student at Hollywood Arts. His locker has his chewed up food on it, shown in The Bird Scene. He has a huge crush on Jade, despite her not liking him back, and even goes as far as into breaking into her house, in Wi-Fi in the Sky. He also dreams of him and Tori kissing as mentioned in The Great Ping Pong Scam. It is unknown how he got into Hollywood Arts, most likely because he is good with audio and making props. Sinjin becomes best friends with Jordan Harris in the episode Sleepover at Sikowitz's.

Sinjin is portrayed by Michael Eric Reid.

Erwin Sikowitz

Erwin Sikowitz is Hollywood Arts improv teacher. He is shown to be extremely weird, as he claims coconut milk gives him visions, and frequently enters class through the window. He often walks around barefoot, too. On Tori's first day of school, while walking their, gives him a dollar, thinking he was a hobo. Sikowitz is the one who gave Jade, Beck, Cat, Robbie and Andre permission to start a fake ping-pong team to make money. He is 34 years old, as said in The Diddly Bops. For some reason he has a disliking for Cat.

Sikowitz is portrayed by Eric Lange.

Lane

Lane is the school guidance counselor for Hollywood Arts. Lane is a good guidance counselor, as often helps students with their problems and resolves their arguments. He has a nephew, shown in one episode, The Diddly-Bops. Lane is the one who made The Wood leave, because it was becoming an issue with the students and disrupting the learning environment.

Lane is portrayed by Lane Napper.

Minor Characters

Andy

Tori's friend from Sherwood. Not much is known about him, except that he was one of Tori's good friends. In the pilot episode, he and Tori were working on a science experiment for school together. He is not seen after that.

Danny/Daniel

Tori's ex-boyfriend from her old school, Sherwood. He is seen in Cat's New Boyfriend. They reunited after Cat (who calls him Daniel) started dating him. Danny told Tori that he didn't like brownies when she made them for him, but it turns out he was lying, and loved Cat's brownies. Tori got jealous and ended up spraying hot cheese on them, and after that, tori and Danny share a kiss. Cat sees this, and that eventually leads to Cat punching Tori in the nose. At the end of the episode, they make up. Danny is never seen again after this.

Haley Ferguson and Tara Gang

The two talentless, snobby girls from Freak the Freak Out. When they first appeared at Karaoke Dokie, Haley was flirting with Beck. After Jade saw her flirting with him, they became instant enemies. They won the contest because Haley's dad owned the place. Jade and Cat then tricked them and Tori won the contest. (as Louise Nordoff)

Lane's Nephew

Lane's nephew is seen in The Diddly-Bops. He asks for Tori and Jade's autograph, where Jade writes a swear word. He is not seen again. He is shown to watch videos for kidios online.

Festus

The Spanish owner of the Grub Truck. He is seen in The Wood. When Trina and Robbie got in a fight, Festus tried to break it up, which ended up with him falling out of the truck and breaking his arm. Near the end of the episode, when Tori and Jade are destroying his car with golf clubs, (thinking it was a car from the junkyard) they realize it was his and have to bring him home in a wheelbarrow, singing him Forever Baby. (in Spanish and English)
