Laura Rose Parker Bowles (born 1978) is the daughter of HRH The Duchess of Cornwall and Andrew Parker Bowles. Her older brother is Tom Parker Bowles. Her stepfather is HRH The Prince of Wales. Parker Bowles was educated at St Mary's Shaftesbury in Dorset and Oxford Brookes University where she studied history. She manages a London art gallery.

In November 2005, she announced her engagement to former Calvin Klein model Harry Lopes. Lopes, a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, is now an accountant. He is the grandson of the 2nd Baron Roborough and the 2nd Baron Astor of Hever.
