First, editing a “text dump” and inserting condescending comments is far easier than ‘dumping the text’. Second, that was not an undergrad “essay”. I admit that I wove together many different rough drafts pertaining to New Imperialism in general. Yes, it was disorganized and poorly edited, containing too much unnecessary information on other imperialist powers. I figured that forcing others to edit the content would bring in additional perspective. Let’s just say that I lack your anti-social outlook on this community encyclopedia project.
Go ahead, don’t just reorganize the article, but replace it with your own content. I expect it to be even more suggestive and at the same time flawless.
