Phil Michael Lester, (born 30 January 1987) is a popular English youtube star from Rossendale England, United Kingdom. As of January 2012 he currently has over 570,000 subscribers. He is known for being obsessed with lions, and therefore calls his fans "Phillions". He is the owner of an adorable plush lion named Lion which he usually puts in his videos and makes it talk.
Early and personal life
Lester was born in raised in Rossendale, England. Currently he lives with his flatmate, another popular youtube star, Daniel Howell in London.

When Lester was around 19, he posted his first youtube vlog which was just him talking to his computer. Since then he has posted almost 150 videos on his channel. He has almost 600,000 subscribers and over 50,000,000 video views.
Radio
In January of 2013 both Lester and Howell got their own radio show on BBC Radio 1.
