Otto von Kerpen (died 1208) was the second Grand Master of the Teutonic Knights, from 1200 to 1208.
Otto came from a poor Rhenish knightly family residing in the castle of Kerpen in Kerpen, Rhineland-Palatinate. While Grand Master, he strove to make the Teutonic Knights independent from the older military orders of the Knights Templar and the Knights Hospitaller.
He died in 1208 and was buried in Acre.
